in semester six i took the class “information visualization” held by amelie düffert.
the goal of the course was to work through and visualize a socially relevant topic.
I chose the topic Fridays For Future and did a poster series.
After some research i decided to go for three posters. Here I’m trying to get a feeling for the information I want to show. The missing poster is intended to show the results of a survey I created, which was not yet completed at that time.
I created a draft poster, containing the elements I wanted to use. My goal was to adapt the colors of Fridays For Future but interpret them in my own way, as well as combining different sytling elements to show the diversity of the movement Fridays For Future itself.
I ran a survey to see what role climate change plays in the participants daily life.
42 people with different backgrounds participated.
